A tense final finished goalless, but South Africa held their nerve to beat Zimbabwe 5–4 on penalties and claim their first KAFCON crown — their first-ever win over Zimbabwe at the tournament.
Twelve nations contested the 2025 edition across the Anjung and Poseung Leports pitches in Pyeongtaek, in front of a crowd of around a thousand.
