The service
StatoSports lets organizers create and run tournaments — groups, brackets, clubs, players, fixtures, live scoring and standings — and lets fans follow tournaments and clubs. Each tournament is published as its own public site.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.
Organizer responsibilities
If you create an organization or tournament, you are responsible for the content and data you enter. You confirm that you have the right and any necessary consent to publish it — including personal data about players and, where minors are involved, consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of results, standings and awards you record.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate the service — including showing public tournament data on public pages. You can remove content or request deletion of your account at any time.
Fees
The service may be offered free of charge or under a paid plan. We will clearly communicate any fees before they apply; you are not charged without notice.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
